KeystoneHELP†
KeystoneHELP offers special state-supported financing for home energy upgrades. In partnership with the state of Pennsylvania, Renew Financial offers KeystoneHELP home energy loans to help homeowners take advantage of thousands of money-saving efficiency upgrades. Financing is easy and approvals are fast.

PA Housing Finance Agency†
PA Housing Finance Agency has a program called Homeowners Energy Efficiency Loan Program (HEELP) and they offer loans between $1,000 and $10,000 for specific energy efficiency repairs at a fixed-rate of one percent for ten years with no prepayment penalties.

LIHEAP
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) typically runs from November 1st to March 31st.
You can apply online by using COMPASS or by contacting your local county assistance office

The US Congress appropriated the CARES Act supplemental LIHEAP funding to help “prevent, prepare for, or respond to” home energy needs surrounding the national public health emergency created by the coronavirus disease 2019 known as COVID-19.

PPL WRAP
PPL WRAP (Winter Relief Assistance Program) has helped more than 85,000 families with limited incomes reduce their home energy usage and lower their electric bills.
You must be a PPL customer to qualify for WRAP.

USDA Rural Development
Home Repair Loans and Grants provide funds to elderly and very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards, perform necessary repairs, improve or modernize a home, make homes accessible for people with disabilities, or make homes more energy efficient so these very-low-income families use less of their income on utility bills
